The air lines will remain in place PARKING: Paved and lighted parking is available for 300 cars and 20 truck trailers FORMER USE: Distribution of greeting cards, wrapping products and gifts to retail card stores LOCATION: This facility is ideally located on US 64-B just off US 64, 40 minutes from State Highway 67 and approx. 70 miles from Interstate 40 and Little Rock International Airport and 65 miles from Memphis, Tennessee and Memphis International Airport MISCELLANEOUS: Extensive security and fire system linked to the fire and police departments Battery charging area and maintenance room; Room 1 has computer/communication room with climate control and a UPS system; Buschman pressure accumulation conveyor system throughout facility with racking (may be removed); Mezzanine offices and rest room and break areas are located throughout the warehouse areas; Enterprise box baler rated at 3 to 4 tons per hour (may be removed) TAXES: $66,020.00
